Is my deposit included in the full price?

Yes, of course. To secure the package, a deposit is required. Without a deposit, prices are subject to change.

Is my deposit refundable?

Unfortunately, No, deposit are non-refundable and can’t be transferred or used by another traveler

Do I have to make monthly payments?

Paying the full statement balance is preferred, there is no need for monthly payment.

Payment Installment plan

Yes, You will receive a monthly payment plan. Your final payment is due 45 days before your trip. 

If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email.

Note: fail to make payments for 60 days without communicating with us. Your reservations will automatically cancel.

My trip is within 30-45 days; can I make a payment plan along with a deposit?

Unfortunately, No. Full payment will be required at the time of booking

Can you work within a Certain Budget?

Yes, we work within any realistic budget, and an honest sharing of ideas and goals helps us significantly when making recommendations and suggested edits to your travel plans.

I’m travelling alone – is that OK?

Many of our travelers join because they are travelling solo and want to meet and share experiences with like-minded people.

If I am travelling solo, will I be charged for having my own room?

We pair up solo travelers with another traveler of the same gender as per the gender marker on each of their passports. If you'd like your own space, you also have the choice to pay for an individual room (available on the majority of our trips).

As a responsible tour operator, we strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. In the case that your gender identity differs from what is indicated on your passport, please contact us so that we can discuss rooming options with you.

Do I have participate on any activity organized by Eshcovery?

No, your are free to explore on your own. 

Are there age restrictions on your trips?

An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. 

Can I add an extra night at the beginning or end of my group trip?

You sure can, just consultant with us at the time of booking.
