**BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
The purchase of your travel booking constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s) (hereinafter referred to collectively as "You" or "Traveler") and Eshcovery (hereinafter referred to as "Eshcovery," "We," or "Us") in accordance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”):
**PAYMENTS:** Payments for travel bookings are processed via third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy). This enables you to complete transactions using any major credit or debit card.
**BAGGAGE FEES:** Please be advised that additional fees may apply for baggage. We recommend that you contact your airline or visit its website to review detailed information regarding its checked baggage policies.
**TRAVEL AGENCY:** Eshcovery is a business owned and managed by Aisha Santamaria, who serves as an independent travel contractor for Inteletravel and Odyssey Travel Group.
**PHOTO RELEASE:** By participating in any experience organized by us, you grant Eshcovery express permission to utilize any and all photographs or videos for media and promotional purposes. Eshcovery may capture images or videos of its trips, and participants agree that these may be used for promotional or commercial purposes without any compensation.
**LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:** Eshcovery does not own, operate, manage, or control independent service suppliers and thus is not liable for their actions or omissions. Eshcovery's primary obligation is to facilitate travel arrangements on your behalf and to establish relevant contracts with travel service providers, corporate sponsors, and seminar instructors. We accept no responsibility for these services and do not possess the authority to guarantee their standards. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers. You acknowledge that your legal recourse rests with the specific service provider, not Eshcovery. Conditions may alter rapidly within any given country. It is your responsibility to verify U.S. government travel advisories for your intended destination at HTTPS://TRAVEL.STATE.GOV/CONTENT/TRAVEL.HTML.
**IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:** Prices are subject to change prior to the full payment. However, prices shall not increase after full payment has been made, except for increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. By signing below, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions, wherein increases prior to full payment and those related to government-imposed taxes or fees after full payment will be your responsibility.
**DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, AND PAYMENT POLICY:** Deposits ARE 100% are non-refundable but transferable for up to one year. Monthly payment plans commence upon booking and consist of equal monthly installments based on the listed package price, which may vary. Enrolling in a monthly or split payment plan entails automatic payments of the designated monthly package rate until the balance is paid in full. The duration of payment may vary depending on when the monthly payment plan is initiated. Should you request a credit card charge, we may require your acknowledgment and signature on a credit card charge form included in the receipt.
**CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS:** In the event that any travel service provider is unable to fulfill the services for which you have contracted, your remedy will be with that provider, and not Eshcovery. Moreover, if payment has been made to Eshcovery via credit card, you agree not to initiate a chargeback against us. If the credit card payment is directed to the travel service provider and you pursue a chargeback, you agree to indemnify Eshcovery for any resulting liabilities, including but not limited to any air debit memos incurred. Should Eshcovery incur any costs, including attorneys' fees, in recovering payments that have been charged back by your credit card company, you will be liable for those costs. If the credit card transaction is declined, you agree to settle any outstanding amounts owed to Eshcovery promptly via money order or cashier’s check.
**TRAVEL PROTECTION:** Travel insurance is highly recommended. Should you need to cancel your trip, your travel insurance partner may provide reimbursement for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses if the cancellation is due to a covered reason. Eshcovery will not be held accountable for cancellations.
**INSURANCE REPRESENTATION:** No representation or description of the insurance provided by Eshcovery constitutes a binding assurance or promise regarding the insurance until a reservation is made and a policy is issued by our travel insurance partner. Eshcovery is not an insurance provider and bears no responsibility for the submission, payment, or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may arise must be submitted directly to the insurance company as indicated in the policy.
